VOLUNTEERING & COMMUNITY LIFE

There community life is one of the foundations of ASEICA. It reflects our values of sharing, of multiculturalism and solidarity, while strengthening the link between the families, THE students and the teaching teams, of the primary school to high school.

Thanks to the commitment of many parent volunteers, the English-speaking section benefits from a rich, warm and dynamic international school life, consistent with our mission of bilingual and bicultural education of excellence.

IN PRIMARY SCHOOL: A SCHOOL LIFE ENRICHED BY FAMILIES

In primary schools Sartoux And Three Hills, THE Parents' Committee (IPSC) plays a key role in fostering section life.

Throughout the year, volunteer parents:

  • organize cultural and festive activities (welcome coffees, Christmas parties, picnics, fairs, etc.); ;

  • support educational projects via fundraising ;

  • contribute to the’welcoming new families and to their successful integration into the ASEICA community.

Everyone can get involved according to their availability: occasionally for an event, or more regularly within the committee. Every contribution counts.

IN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL: CULTIVATING CONNECTION AND EXPRESSION

In middle and high school, extracurricular activities continue in forms adapted to the’increasing student autonomy, while maintaining a active dialogue between families and the educational team.

Among the regular initiatives:

  • of the parent-teacher lunches to exchange ideas in a friendly setting; ;

  • of the meetings between parents of children in the same class or at the same level to share information, experiences and best practices; ;

  • support for projects carried out by students (clubs, events, shows, charity projects).

These moments reinforce the sense of belonging at ASEICA and encourage students to’express, has take responsibility and to open up to other cultures.

A UNITED, MULTICULTURAL AND OPEN COMMUNITY

ASEICA brings together a community multicultural where each family brings its crops, LANGUAGES And life path.

The involvement of volunteers makes it possible to:

  • create highlights which structure the school year; ;

  • to support ambitious educational projects; ;

  • favor a a benevolent atmosphere, inclusive and open to the world.

Life in the section is much more than just hours of class: it's a community experience, driven by the energy of families, students and teams.
